Resonate is a youth community within the Mellieħa Parish in which one finds a space for personal growth and social encounters through a Christian experience. We welcome youth from Year 9 to 2nd year 6th Form for our meetings and activities.

We are Franciscan youth group named GiFra (Gioventù Francescana) we meet near St.Francis church in Hamrun. Our aim as a group is the importance of our responsibility to youth and young adults and to understand the significant impact of our presence in the community. Also to introduce Catholic and other interested young people to our organisation. Additionally, we share with young people the connection between the gospel of Jesus and the Franciscan spirituality and way of life.
Our general purpose of the organisation is to grow in a good environment and in union with all the members in the steps of saint Francis. Our group is open to youth and young adults between the ages of 11 and 20 years. The group meets every Monday evening at 7:00pm. The meeting are related to youths and are based on discussions in which we take subjects about life and how that particular subject affects each youth. In the end we see what we can implement from the subjects discussed for our Christian lives to help us be responsible men and women. We organise from time to time, many informal education activities, together with an annual talent show.
