Vertical is the adult section of Y4J (Youth for Jesus). Our Vertical meetings go a little deeper (for our supposedly more mature minds!) and delve into issues and concepts that young adults might be facing. What are these meetings exactly? Put concisely – prayer, worship and teachings. Put not so concisely – the life of young adults can be riddled with stress, issues and insecurities while also being riddled with new experiences, excitement and fun. Vertical is a place where we can all meet up as one family and share the craziness that is life with each other and with God. Along with all this great stuff the Sacrament of Confession will also be made available – it’s a beautiful part of our Catholic faith that we encourage you to take part in!
Tiberija Youths is a youth group which meet every Friday for weekly meetings which vary in topics ranging from spiritual-based meetings to team building games. During the weekends activities are organised designed for the members to interact together in a recreational setting. Every Sunday the group members also animate the midday mass in the Parish church.
Żgħażagħ Azzjoni Kattolika (ZAK) is a branch of the Maltese Catholic Action and its’ fundamental purpose is to provide programs of spiritual, social and personal development. The aim of this process is to affirm an individual in his or her proper identity and involve him or her in relationship with God and others. The organisation focuses on working with young people aged from ten years onwards and is a voluntary-based, non-profit organisation. Members from every parish belong to a different youth group according to their age. Each ZAK group has a regular weekly meeting. The members under the direction of their youth leaders/youth workers, utilise the allocated time to not only socialise, but also to develop and experience life skills. ZAK gives utmost importance to the active involvement of its members. The members gradually involve themselves more in the thinking and action process. The leaders’ responsibility is to ensure that the material covered meets the real needs of the young people. Activities vary from social events, community work, fundraising activities, live-ins, international exchanges and other educational activities.”

Youth For Christ is the youth arm of Couples For Christ (CFC). Our YFC Identity is our oneness and commonness as brothers and sisters in YFC. Our uniqueness emanates from God, as individuals and as one body anchored on His image and likeness. Being sons and daughters of God is our true and ultimate identity. To bring the young to Christ is our supreme goal. Our identity is the result of our innate and core values that we in YFC want to live by. Our 7 ID’s (Missionary, Model of Excellence, Champion of the Poor, Patriot, 100% Free, Single Minded for God, Source of Unity in the Family) are the fullness of who and what we are as a Youth for Christ.
Youth Fellowship is a Catholic ministry to young adults, youth and teens based in Malta since 1987. Through various events, mainly the Saturday meetings, we seek to share the truth of God’s love for each and every one of us and to give participants the opportunity to experience this love within a welcoming community of young people. The meetings feature time of prayer lead by one of our bands, video clips, teachings based on the Gospel, Eucharistic celebrations and the opportunity to get to know each other. Grupp ta’ Zghazagh li ghamlu l-Grizma u jixtiequ jibqghu jircievu l-formazzjoni taghhom, jiltaqghu u jiehu gost flimkien. L-ghan tal-grupp huwa li jiddiskutu u jikkrejaw attivitajiet flimkien, ghal-xulxin u ghal komunita.
Iz-ZaFra, li qieghed ghal Zghazagh Frangiskani, joffri possibilita ghalik li tixtieq taghmel mixja Kristjana b’differenza. Il-grupp tagħna huwa kompost minn ġuvintur u tfajliet u l-iskop li għalih niltaqgħu hu li nikbru flimkien fi Kristu. Il-programm tagħna huwa wieħed sempliċi. Niltaqgħu darba fil-ġimgħa u l-laqgħat huma strutturati b’dan il-mod: Laqgħat b’Tema Spiritwali, Diskussjonijiet fuq temi attwali, Attivitajiet fil-grupp u miftuha wkoll għall Pubbliku.
